Evolution Of Industrial Structure And Strategic Change Based On Internet Ecology

Nowadays,enterprises are facing many challenges,such as uncertainty,complexity of management,digitalization and so on.How should we face the changing external environment? What determines the vitality of the enterprise ?In the current dynamic,open,shared and collaborative Internet Ecosystem scenario,How do enterprises maintain vitality? Faced with increasingly complex external business environment and internal development needs,enterprises need continuous strategic transformation to adapt to internal and external changes.In the era of rapid change,change is the only thing that remains unchanged.The key to win the competitive advantage of enterprises is to carry out strategic change.However,many enterprises in China have been frustrated in the strategic change,the reason is that the perception is lagging behind the external changes,and there is a deviation from its positioning,they can see that other enterprises' high performance resulted from strategic change and blindly follow suit.The real reason is not traced to the strategic change from the perspective of industrial fundamental gene.At present,researches on strategic change have been mature and diverse,the theoretical circles often think about the causes and consequences of the strategic change from the macro environment and the micro enterprises in the exploration of the strategic change,but few scholars explore the strategic change from the perspective of the middle view industry.Based on this context,this study is based on the theory of Internet Ecology and the evolution of industrial gene structure,analyzed the relationship between the Internet Ecology,industrial gene structure evolution and strategic change systematically.Through the research,we have drawn three conclusions:(1)Internet ecology influences the evolution of industrial gene structure;(2)The evolution of industrial gene structure leads to the strategic change;(3)a strategic change model based on the evolution of industrial gene structure is constructed.The main innovations of the research are as follows:Firstly,from the perspective of the evolution of industrial genetic structure,exploring the relevant issues of strategic change has certain innovation in the research perspective.By defining the concept of industrial initial / gene structure,this paper puts forward the industrial initial / gene structure element model,and analyzes the evolution process of industrial gene structure.The combination of industrial genetic structure evolution and strategic change has certain innovations.Secondly,build a strategic change model based on the evolution of industrial gene structure.Based on the concept of industrial genetic structure defined by integration,this paper discusses the practical problem of enterprise strategic change,and then combines the existing theories of strategic change based on the main theoretical model and Internet Ecology,and combines the industrial genetic structure evolution with the strategic change,and constructs a strategic change model based on the evolution of industrial gene structure,which has theoretical innovation and further enriches the relevant theories of strategic change.
