Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China's Internet development has made considerable progress and outstanding results.Its rapid changes and rapid development have caused extensive and far-reaching impact on China's economy and society.This has also led to more and more scholars.Concerned and devoted to the research work on the Internet.On the one hand,the Internet provides a platform for information sharing,interconnection and resource sharing and integration for all parties involved in economic activities,so that the boundaries of economic activities are no longer constrained by time and space;on the other hand,the Internet uses its own technological advantages to constantly optimize the existing The business model,lowering transaction costs and resistance to resource flows deepened the social division of labor and created more job opportunities.There is no doubt that the role of the Internet in economic development and industrial evolution has become irreplaceable.As far as industrial ecology is concerned,on the one hand,the popularization and development of the Internet has given rise to a new industry,the Internet industry,and it has been growing at a very rapid pace,adding a new dimension to China's existing industrial structure.The content and vitality support the evolution of China's industrial system from labor-intensive to technology-intensive.It also brings new impetus to China's industrial ecology.On the other hand,the Internet relies on its own technological advantages and the The Internet platform has provided many traditional industries with the possibility of technological change,and has also given new connotations to many traditional industries.It can be seen that the study of industrial ecology has increasingly failed to ignore the important role played by the Internet in it.This paper first sorts out the relevant research results in the research field of this thesis,and clarifies the practical significance of the research of this thesis.Then it analyzes the impact of the development of the Internet on the industrial ecology,and summarizes the impact of the Internet development on China's industrial ecology.The following three: Internet development to promote industrial development to stimulate economic growth,Internet development to reduce energy consumption in related industries,Internet development to improve the quality of the environment,so as to comprehensively promote the level of industrial ecology.Based on this,this paper selects the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the Central Government)from 2005 to 2015,and adopts principal component analysis and factor analysis methods to measure the level of China's industrial ecology and the development level of the Internet,and on this basis A regression model was constructed to conduct empirical analysis,and further research and analysis were conducted in different time periods and regions.The study found that:(1)The development of the Internet has a positive and positive effect on the improvement of China's industrial ecology level;(2)The Internet development model has become more and more mature,and its role in promoting the industrial ecology has become more and more significant;3)The effect of Internet development on the industrial ecology of more developed regions is more pronounced.Based on the conclusions of this study,the following policy recommendations are proposed: to further improve the infrastructure required for the development of the Internet;to strengthen the management of cyber security;to effectively prevent and accurately crack down on related crimes and promote the orderly development of the Internet;for less-developed regions,the long-term perspective To increase the urbanization rate as the main direction,we can carry out more effective environmental monitoring and ecological governance around the Internet in the short term and promote the improvement of regional environmental quality.
