With the rapid development of "Internet plus",online shopping has been integrated into people's life.Currently,China has become the largest online shopping retail market in the world.As an important mode of e-commerce,B2 C has driven the development of the entire online retail market.Many enterprises blindly engaged in B2 C e-commerce industry,but eventually had to withdraw from the market due to serious losses.If an enterprise wants to develop for a long time,its necessary condition is to make profits continuously.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the losses of enterprises in the e-commerce industry,the problem is not only the reason why the products,sales channels and marketing methods are gradually assimilated,but also the most important reason is that their profit models have gradually assimilated and lost their uniqueness.Therefore,the sales dilemma only in the marketing level has not found the fundamental answer,only in the level of profit model in-depth study to explore its root.Therefore,it is crucial to study the profit model of existing B2 C e-commerce enterprises.In this paper,V company,a typical representative of B2 C e-commerce industry,is selected as the case study object to conduct an in-depth study on the profit model of V company based on theoretical collection and sorting.Firstly,the profit model of V company is compared and analyzed in the same industry with five elements.Secondly,based on the current operation and financial situation of the company,it is found that the profit model of company V has problems such as single income structure losing its characteristics,rising proportion of cost in revenue,bottleneck period of important profit indicators and insufficient competition in profit source.Finally,in view of the specific problems existing in the profit model of V company,the author proposes the corresponding optimization countermeasures as follows: broaden the income structure,increase the operating channels,control the cost,improve the product professionalism,innovate the profit model,improve the profitability,and build multi-directional profit leverage and barrier.It is hoped that the study on the profit model of V company can help it improve its profitability and realize long-term development in the future.
