Research On The Key Audit Risks Of Grid Renovation Projects In Jinhua Urban And Rural Areas

This thesis is to research on all the risks of grid renovation projects in urban and rural areas and how to audit them,so as to avoid the main risks of audit,raise auditors' awareness of risks,and adopt specific audit methods to analyze its reasons and recognition,thereby boosting audit efficiency and improving its methods.First,Based on the project of construction of distribution network,this thesis combines theory with practice,applying risk-oriented theory into various stages of the audit of this project,and concludingits key risks byrisk-oriented audit approach.The grid renovation projects in urban and rural areas are divided into eight stages,initial management,investment plan,project design,bidding,contract signing,project construction,settlement of construction and settlement of completion.This thesis provides how-to audit in each stage,list all the risks and put forward the audit emphases and audit methods for each key risk point of each stage.Second,This research mainly analyzes typical problems and cases to explain how to audit key risks.Establish the audit system of grid renovation projects in Jinhua urban and rural areas and quantitative assessment index system,and improve long-term mechanism.To set up thorough supervision system and supervise effective rectification of issues,initiate the combination of supervision and examination.Audit the performance after the completion of the project,and evaluate the effectiveness ofrenovation projects reasonably.Last,It is proved that through the application of the operation manual of the audit guidance for risks of grid renovation projects in urban and rural areas,the labor cost of each stage of project audit will be reduced,and the economic benefit is estimated to be 1.24 million yuan per year.At the same time,through the research on the audit risks of engineering project management,the key risks of project management will be effectively controlled,and over 80%key risks of major stages will be prevented,so as to promote project management,cut down project cost,and help large enterprises to produce comprehensive benefit.
