The development of all-for-one tourism promotes regional tourism integration cooperation.Under the guidance of the "13th Five-Year Travel Plan",tourism cooperation between cities has been close. There are some differences in the development of tourism economy among provincial capitals.Funds, talents, technology and other production factors are free to flow between tourist cities in order to maximize economic effects. At the same time, the mobility of the tourism activities will have an inter-city tourism economic link.Based on the differences and correlations between regional tourism developments,it can be inferred that there are certain spatial spillover effects among provincial capitals.By exploring the spatial spillover correlations of the tourism economy in provincial capitals,we can investigate the differences and causes of the spatial association characteristics of tourism economic development in provincial capitals, and analyze the factors influencing the spatial association of tourism economic development. This paper explores the spillover of the tourism economy in the provincial capitals, enriches the scope and content of research on spatial spillovers in the tourism economy, deepens and extends research content related to tourism spatial associations, provides theoretical support for innovative tourism development cooperation models, and seeks new focus on tourism regional cooperation.First of all,we collect the tourism revenue of each provincial capital, and construct VAR model to analyze the Granger causality among cities, impulse response function, and method decomposition to measure the flow of spatial overflow of tourism economic development, spillover process, spillover size and efficiency. Then, based on the social network analysis method, through the two dimensions of the individual network and the overall network, combined with the distribution of spillover effects, the spatial correlation characteristics of the spillover effects of the tourism economy are analyzed. Finally, the factors influencing tourism economic growth are analyzed to construct the spatial spillover mechanism of tourism economy. The QAP analysis method in social network analysis is used to verify the influencing factors of spatial spillover correlation of tourism economy.Summing up the spatial spillover effect of the tourism economy development of the provincial capitals, the overall spillover level reached 37.6%,and the spillover was low,but there were more two-way spillovers and better interconnection. At present,it is mainly based on positive demonstration effects. The spillover effect is generally low,but the spillover efficiency is high and the spillover process is relatively stable. From the perspective of the spatial structure characteristics of the overflow, the network structure is relatively well-associated,and the tourism economic development of all provincial capitals is directly and indirectly related and influences each other. However, the overall network has a low degree of centrality, limited spillover transmission distances, low mediating and guiding effects, spillovers greater than spillovers, and concentration effects greater than diffusion effects. This paper analyzes the spatial spillover process of eight economic circles, which mainly overflows the tourism economic space effect of the coastal provincial capitals to the inland provincial capitals. The coastal areas are spread from north to east to the south, and the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the Yangtze river, the southwest and the northwest belong to the agent plate, which are interrelated with the members of the external plate.Studying the factors that affect the associated structure of tourism economy in provincial capitals,we found that the smaller the gap in regional economic development, the greater the differences in tourism source markets, the greater the difference in tourism resources abundance, the higher the degree of tourism convenience,All of the above factors lead to a higher degree of spatial correlation in the tourism economy and closer spatial spillovers. There are three major innovations in this paper:Firstly, the research focuses on the pairwise modeling of provincial capital cities and analyzes the relevance of the individual tourism economy;Second, the research on the influence factors of the correlation structure is different from the regression analysis of simple variables;Thirdly, the object of study is that the provincial capitals can make up for the scarcity of the research on the regional tourism association structure.
