TRIZ innovation theory introduced into China for 10 years,the theory of innovation in the process of promotion has accumulated rich experience,but the study of TRIZ training innovation performance evaluation were rarely involved,and ignored the demand for training objects and cognitive science analysis.Therefore,based on the needs of China's independent innovation and TRIZ promotion practice,TRIZ training innovation performance evaluation research was carried out.The paper was based on the work of staff in China who participated in the TRIZ innovation method training.The literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis were used to study the impact of the training of our country's TRIZ innovation method on employees' innovative performance.Under the guidance of organizational learning theory,knowledge absorptive capacity theory,training effectiveness evaluation theory and technological innovation theory,the paper selected employee innovation performance as a dependent variable from the perspective of employees,and TRIZ innovative method training(innovative training organizational factors,innovative training personal factors,innovative training system factors)as an independent variable,as well as selected gender,age,education,job title,length of service as control variables.With the aid of the analysis software SPSS 19.0,the collected 362 valid sample data were described by descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.,and reached the following conclusions:(1)There was a significant positive correlation between TRIZ innovation method training and employee innovation performance;(2)Innovative methods training organizational factor had a significant positive correlation with employee innovation performance,but the application of the opportunity dimension did not had significant effect on innovation performance.(3)The innovative method training individual dimensions had a significant positive correlation with employee innovation performance;(4)Innovation method training system factors had significant positive correlation with innovation performance.According to the paper's research results,combined with TRIZ innovative training methods and application in our country actual situation,put forward countermeasures for three points:(1)Starting from enterprises to improve innovation and encourage the environment,from strengthening the training of innovative leadership attaches great importance to,increase the investment in innovation projects,and strive to build a learning organization enterprise angle to improve the innovation incentive environment(2)Employees must intensify their motivation for innovation.Enterprise employees by setting goals,improve the ability of individuals to strengthen the learning motivation.(3)Training team should optimize the training system by Improving the comprehensive quality of innovation theory training teachers and follow up guidance.The paper can provide empirical data on the impact of TRIZ innovation method training on innovation performance,and guide the application of TRIZ in enterprises and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
