How to promote innovative behavior of employees has always been the focus of attention.Enterprises also stimulate employees' innovative behaviors through various channels.Since the promotion of TRIZ innovative method training,the majority of enterprises have benefited a lot.The domestic evaluation of the effectiveness of innovation method training is mostly concentrated at the enterprise level,but at the individual level,how does TRIZ innovation method training affect the employee's innovation behavior,and how to mobilize the enthusiasm of trainees to promote their innovation behavior,there are few discussions.The thesis takes the employees who have been trained by TRIZ innovation methods as research objects.Proposes assumptions based on human capital theory,work motivation theory and social cognitive theory,and builds a theoretical model.It adopts research methods such as literature research and questionnaires to train employees on TRIZ innovation method training.Taking TRIZ innovation method training as independent variables,and measuring from four dimensions: training willingness,quality of curriculum system,knowledge application,and superior leadership support;take employee innovation behavior as the dependent variable,and employee incentive preference as the adjustment variable,and select gender,age,education,and position As a control variable.With the help of analysis software SPSS20,descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis were performed on the collected valid sample data,and the following conclusions were reached: TRIZ innovation method training has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior,but the training willingness and The training income does not affect the employee's innovation behavior;the intrinsic incentive preference has a moderating effect on the relationship between TRIZ innovation method training and employee innovation behavior.Under the high intrinsic incentive preference,the positive effect of TRIZ innovation method training on employee innovation behavior is stronger;External incentive preferences have no moderating effect on the relationship between TRIZ innovation method training and employee innovation behavior;the sense of innovation self-efficacy plays a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between TRIZ innovation method training and employee innovation behavior.Afteremployees receive TRIZ training,the sense of innovation self-efficiency is significantly enhanced,and then Action on employee innovation behavior.Therefore,based on the empirical conclusions of the thesis,and combined with the actual situation of the training and application of TRIZ innovation methods in China,three suggestions are put forward:First,improve the training system for enterprise innovation methods,multi-channel publicize innovation method training,and set up training courses according to needs Content,establish a feedback tracking system at the end of training;second,improve the training and incentive system for innovative methods of enterprises.Develop incentive systems related to training results,set reasonable career development goals,and establish a training assessment system.Third,create a good environment for training and application of innovative methods.Establish a good innovation platform,a learning organization,and a service system for the promotion and application of innovative methods in which universities,research institutes,and intermediary agencies fully participate.This paper identifies the new mechanism of the impact of TRIZ innovation method training on employees' innovation behavior,establishes the relevant theoretical model,and passes the empirical test.The conclusion of this paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to better carry out TRIZ innovation method training and improve the innovation behavior of employees.
