| TRIZ can reveal the inherent laws and principles of the inventions successfully, identify and resolve the contradictions that exist in the system quickly, and then it accelerates the process of invention and creation greatly and enhances the efficiency of technological innovation. Innovation method with TRIZ as the core has been promoted in recent years under the guidance of "independent innovation, the method first" concept, and obtained some results, but there are still a lot of constraints limiting the innovation methods applied in the enterprise. What factors affecting the effectiveness of innovation methods training, which is an urgent problem to be solved under for the further promoting innovation methods training. But now this study is relatively scarce.The aim of the study is to analyze the factors affecting the training effectiveness of innovative methods with TRIZ as the starting point. Through literature analysis, individual interview, combined with the characteristics of TRIZ and researchers,this paper summarize the organization factors(leadership attention, application opportunity, organization atmosphere), individual factors(training motivation, individual ability,self-efficacy, personal qualities), training system factors(teacher training, training design and tracking counseling),which influence the training effect of innovation method. Then training effect model and research hypothesis are established, based the model questionnaire is developed. Questionnaires were payment and collected using e-mail. Projecting Statistical analysis of the pre-survey data and official survey data, which tests the quality of the questionnaire designed in this paper and verifies the hypotheses proposed in this paper.The study results showed:(1) the design of the questionnaire has a good validity and reliability;(2) the organization factors, individual factors and training system factors have significant impacts on training effectiveness, among them the application opportunities, training motivation, individual ability, tracking counseling, training design affect the training effectiveness directly, while the training of teachers, leadership attention, organizational atmosphere and self-efficacy indirectly affect the training effectiveness through other factors;(3)different age has significant impact on training effectiveness, while there is no significant difference between gender, educational background, job title and work seniority on the training effectiveness.In addition, this study also investigated the relationships between the organizational factors, personal factors and the training system factors, and pointed out the theoretical contributions and practical significance of this study. |
