Enterprise training plays an indispensable role in improving employee performance,improving organizational productivity,reducing staff turnover rate and maintaining sustainable development capacity.With the rapid development of the information age and the arrival of the era of big data,the update cycle of information products and interval is constantly being refreshed.It has been the increasingly fierce competition among the three major network operators including Mobile,Telecom,China Unicom in the network,terminal,pricing,products and services,and other aspects,he cultivation and development of talents as the core competitiveness of enterprises is getting more and more attention.In this paper,using the enterprise diagnostic method,through interview and questionnaire investigation,training condition of China Mobile Fuxin Branch has carried on the statistical analysis.Dig deeper into the influencing factors of employee training satisfaction has been down.Staff training problem of China Mobile Fuxin Branch mainly includelack of staff training consciousness,the systemic training needs,training system,training content development,integration of training resources,training evaluation of Systematization,etc.By analyzing the causes of the problem,itmainly include the lack of scientific training ideas,lack of systematic training system design,training,faulting,training information between supply and demand in the viscous caused poor communication channels and lack of effective training and incentive mechanism.In view of the existing problems and reasons of current China Mobile Fuxin Branchin the training management,training system,which included the "three base"system,evaluation system,systematic employee training system of the general idea,on how to improve the training system and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through research for China Mobile Fuxin Branch to perfect the training system,improve the training effect,arouse the enthusiasm of employees,improve the management benefit provide reference Suggestions.
