Practice And Research On Poverty Alleviation And Poverty Relief In Spiritual Poverty Reduction In Chengdu City

To eliminate and alleviate poverty and promote the all-round development,progress and prosperity of human society is the common value pursuit of the whole world,but also the historical responsibility of the Chinese Communist Party and all levels of government.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that in the process of promoting precision poverty alleviation,we should not only “material poverty alleviation” but also “spiritual poverty”,by strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas,and providing a strong spiritual impetus for biting down the “tough” of poverty alleviation.As of 2018,the incidence rate of rural poverty in our country has dropped to about 3.1%,the poverty population has been reduced and the poverty area has changed dramatically,but the poverty alleviation and development work is still facing a very arduous and heavy task.At present,China's poverty alleviation has entered the sprint period,the critical period and the decisive period,poverty fighting Chongfeng has sounded,to win this fight against poverty,not only the party committees at all levels of government coagulation,investment in a large number of funds,materials and so on.For the poor subject “blood transfusion”,to solve the urgent need for production and life,but also to focus on targeted help and help Chi,to carry out the spirit of poverty alleviation,to stimulate the development of the impoverished subject of endogenous power.Only the external “blood transfusion” type of poverty alleviation and the internal “hematopoietic” type of poverty eradication combined,through their own “blood” to consolidate the results of "transfusion" in order to thoroughly remove Huagen,poverty eradication.Chengdu,as the center of Economic and political culture in Sichuan Province,has made great achievements in the process of poverty alleviation,while Chengdu City has eliminated absolute poverty,but the relative problem of poverty still exists for a long time.To explore its causes,poverty is no longer a simple material lack,the lack of mental poverty has to be one of the most important reasons.Based on this,this article through the Literature Analysis,field investigation,system analysis,case study,data statistics,and other research methods,first clarified the spirit of poverty alleviation and material poverty alleviation relationship,elaborated the spirit of poverty alleviation in poverty eradication in the importance of the fortification.Then through a large number of literature research and statistical analysis of the data,Chengdu City,the practice of poverty alleviation and the development of mental poverty problems are studied,finally,how to further promote the spirit of poverty alleviation in Chengdu to help “Zhi”,to help“wisdom”,help “juvenile”,help “system”,help“quality” and other multi-dimensional thinking.It is expected that the analysis and thinking of this paper can provide valuable reference for the practice of poverty alleviation in the whole country.
