Based on the classical economics for development and the related reference of economic development of ecological function areas and economic development model in minority areas,the paper discusses and analyzes some experiences of economic development in the ecological functional areas in ethnic minority areas,which provides some referable options for the optimization of the economic development model of Liannan Yao Autonomous County.Furthermore,in lengthways analysis,taking advantage of situation of economic aggregate and economic growth aims to analysis of stage and motivation on the Liannan Yao Autonomous County;in horizontal analysis,analyzing Industrial and Intra-industry changes in detail generalize its characteristics.Thirdly,fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method would be used in the development model of Liannan Yao Autonomous County which is divided into agricultural development module,industrial development module,tertiary industry development module,social development module and ecological civilization module by sorting out a lot of data.According to the comparative evaluation before and after the ecological functional areas,the characteristics of its economic development model were summed up.Based on the analysis of lengthways economic structure,horizontal industrial structure and econometric analysis of a large amount of economic data in Liannan Yao Autonomous County.The thesis concluded that Liannan Yao Autonomous County with sufficient capital accumulation,pillar Industry and political and Social change,it realized the economic "take-off";under the guidance of the functional planning of key ecological functional areas,Liannan takes the national cultural tourism as the pillar industry to realize the situation that one industry leads to many industries,ecological agriculture and agricultural products processing and other green innovative industrial sectors for economic development to add impetus.Obviously,with active industrial policy guidance and assistance,economic development of Liannan Yao Autonomous County achieves efficient and comprehensive economic and industrial construction.In the end,the thesis concluded a brief framework of the economic development model of Liannan Yao Autonomous County,putting forward theeconomic development of Liannan Yao Autonomous County needed to deepen the market-oriented reform;stimulating the role of the micro subject by summing up the above conclusions.It is suggested that appropriate government performance appraisal mechanism and ecological compensation mechanism should be improved and promoted;attaching importance to the quality of economic development and continuing to tap the national cultural resources and following the path of coordinated development of resources.
