| Space is the carrier of urban development,riverside development is the only way for the riverside cities to break through the spatial obstacles and realize the sustainable development.The study of urban space has been an important part of geography research.Enterprise migration has multiple intuition and deep influence on urban spatial reconstruction.At the same time,enterprises will be business relocation,government,residents in multiple subjects in series,the game and reconciliation among the three promote the reconstruction and evolution of urban.And to provide reference for the development of riverside city space.The article takes Hangzhou as the research object,through the enterprise data search and assistance to interview the method to obtain the relevant data,based on Ucinet,ArcGIS,SPSS,ROST News Analysis Tool and other software platforms,analyzes and deals with the related data and uses qualitative analysis method,this paper explores the spatial and temporal characteristics of enterprise relocation in Hangzhou,the process,pattern and influence of urban spatial reconstruction under enterprise relocation,select the Wen San Road for example,from the microscopic geographical unit,the influence and effect of enterprise migration on urban space reconstruction are analyzed,and the mechanism between them is analyzed.The full text is divided into three parts:The first part is the combing and thinking of the research background.Dissect and integrate domestic and international research,recognize the study of enterprise migration,urban spatial reconstruction and cross-river development from the perceptual knowledge to the rational cognition,understanding its lack of research on the basis of in-depth study,find their own research direction and also provides a theoretical basis for the study.The second part is the systematic analysis of the process,influence and mechanism of enterprise migration and enterprise migration to urban space.This part mainly includes four aspects:First of all,an analysis of Hangzhou 's Migrating Enterprises Data Sorting andEnterprise Migration.Through the industrial and commercial enterprises to collect information on the migration of corporate information network in Hangzhou,enterprises are divided into six categories,from the migration speed,migration type,migration location choice of enterprise migration time and space characteristics.Research shows:(1)from the migration speed,Hangzhou enterprise migration can be divided into three stages:gentle fluctuation period,low growth phase,large-scale stable migration period,and different types of enterprise migration's speed is different.(2)from the migration type,the overall migration and single migration occupy the dominant position,they are the main type of enterprise migration in Hangzhou.(3)from the location selection,the West Lake District,Binjiang District,Yuhang District,became the main place to move to,Xihu District,Xiacheng District,Gongshu District became the main place to move out,different types of enterprises have their own unique migration location options.(4)extracted from the ROST text of the qualitative analysis of the results through the ROST text extraction and qualitative analysis results,government promotion,market operation,enterprise participation and cultural rooting promote enterprise migration.Then,this paper analyzes the process,the mode of action and the influence of urban migration on urban spatial reconstruction in Hangzhou from the perspective of city.Research shows:(1)the process of Hangzhou's urban spatial re-organization can be divided into four stages: spatial reconfiguration under the central cluster,space reconstruction under the core-edge aggregation,spatial reconstruction under the central migration,spatial reconstruction under the dual-center migration.(2)the main modes of urban spatial reconstruction in Hangzhou are M-R(manufacturing-residence)mode,M-B(manufacturing-business)mode,M-A(manufacturing-administration)mode,B-R(business-residential)mode,U-B(utility-business)mode,F-M(farming-manufacturing)mode and M-G(manufacturing-garden)mode.(3)the influence of enterprise relocation on urban spatial reconstruction has both positive and negative effects,this paper focuses on the positive effects of firm relocation on spatial reconstruction,the enterprise migration has great influence on the external shape and internal structure of city space,city scale and city function.Furthermore,analysis on the Spatial Reconstruction Process of Wen San Road from microcosmic.Research shows:(1)the migration characteristics of enterprises in Wen San Road are consistent with those of enterprises in Hangzhou,manufacturing enterprises andwholesale and retail enterprises are the main out of the enterprise,information-based enterprises are the main move to the enterprise,space tends to be evenly distributed.(2)block spatial structure through the single-axis street stage,multi-axis street block stage,the network block stage.The function of street blocks transforms from ordinary street to specialized street into brand street block and becomes the important part of city center area.The layout of urban land is also changing.(3)natural environment and geographical location are the basic factors to guide the spatial reconstruction of Wen San Road.Business migration caused by the spatial division of the district economy and reflected in the architectural landscape,lifestyle aspects.Government behavior has an impact on the role of enterprises in space reconstruction.Facilities and technology is an important reason for the enterprise to move into Wen San Road,which has important influence on space reconstruction.At last,this paper explores the mechanism of multi-scale enterprise migration on the urban spatial reconstruction under the integration of two different scales of city and neighborhood,government,residents,enterprises and the formation of micro-interaction between the location mechanism,economic,political,cultural,social constitute macro-mechanism,and finally form a multi-scale system of the role of enterprise migration on spatial reconfiguration.The third part is the summary and summary of the thesis.Summary the main conclusions,through the reflection to get the paper writing in the existing problems,and put forward future research prospects. |
