An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Dynamic Ability On Enterprise Performance

Since the revolution in science and technology information,science and technology have been ubiquitous and will continue to thrive.The relatively stable business environment of enterprises has ceased to exist.In this ever-changing turbulent environment,how companies rely on dynamic capabilities to sustain their operations to improve quality and efficiency is the world economy.The management focuses on the common academic issues.This paper selects manufacturing companies with a lifespan of more than one year as the research object,and uses questionnaires to obtain relevant data to empirically analyze the influence of dynamic capabilities and environmental turmoil on the performance of manufacturing enterprises.In the specific content arrangement,this article is mainly carried out through the following six parts of the study: First,the relevant research background and significance of the academic community,and then briefly explain the contents of the study and ideas;then focus on the three aspects of corporate performance,dynamic capabilities and environmental turmoil Relevant documents are reviewed in detail and reviewed based on the current domestic and international research status.Based on the dynamic capability theory of the company and the environmental turbulence theory,the mechanism of the company's dynamic capabilities,environmental turmoil,and corporate performance are analyzed,and research hypotheses are proposed;,Study design and sample selection criteria,and data sources are briefly introduced.Then,the selection basis for the relevant variables is elaborated,and then the model is constructed.The descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of the questionnaire are performed using SPSS18.0 and AMOS22.0.Degree and validity analysis was used to validate the research design.Related analysis,multicollinearity test,multiple regression analysis,and other analysis methods were used to explore the impact of the company's dynamic capabilities on performance based on environmental turbulent regulatory effects.Finally,we make a systematic analysis of empirical research results and draw conclusions.Then we propose policy recommendations for how to form and use corporate dynamic capabilities to improve corporate performance in the context of environmental uncertainties.Explain with the research limitations.The research results in this paper show that the dynamic capability is helpful to the improvement of the company's operating performance,but the environmental uncertainty is the driving factor of the company's dynamic capabilities,and the environmental uncertainty has a significant regulatory effect on the dynamic capability and the company's performance.The innovations in this paper mainly include the following three aspects: Firstly,it distinguishes itself from the insufficiency of research on dynamic capabilities and environmental turbulence perspectives of enterprises,and takes enterprise dynamic capability as an independent variable to study its direct impact on corporate performance and further deepen and expand environmental turmoil.The understanding of the impact of sexuality on the regulatory role between corporate dynamic capabilities and corporate performance;second,the existing empirical research,the use of various dynamic capabilities as dependent variables,corporate performance as an independent variable,but also the reverse research,but the introduction of the environment Regulatory variables,especially in different industries,have different degrees of turmoil,and the specific capabilities used to study dynamic capabilities have less impact on organizational performance;at the end,relying on earlier research literature to analyze the process of dynamic capacity formation dimensions,and There are relatively few literatures on the impact of the research results from the perspective of the impact of dynamic capabilities on corporate performance.This paper will examine the relationship between dynamic capabilities and corporate performance by investigating the performance of companies in recent years by middle and senior managers,and empirically analyze dynamic capabilities and corporate performance.Impact of performance,and in-depth exploration Volatility environment had a profound impact on the dynamic capabilities and enterprise business performance.
