Study On The Development Of Urban Villagers

The transformation of urban villages is an inevitable requirement of urban development.At present,the reconstruction of urban villages in our country is dominated by government promotion.Most of the villagers play the role of obeying the command.With the continuous acceleration of urban village reconstruction,the development of villagers in urban villages has become increasingly prominent.From the perspective of modern urban construction and development,the village has been relocated and reconstructed.The villagers have moved from rural villages to community residential buildings.The life is more convenient,and the living environment and infrastructure have also been completely improved.The villagers have also achieved change of citizenship.However,from the perspective of the development of villagers in Village,the change in status does not mean that they have truly integrated into urban life and realized their own development.At present,governments at all levels attach great importance to the transformation and development of the Village.A series of measures for the transformation of villages in the city have been issued accordingly.However,most of these measures are only aimed at the transformation of the external shape of the Village.Concerns about the development of villagers in the Village have arisen.Although the villagers in the Village are only a small part of the urban population,their development is closely related to the development of the city.Therefore,only by fundamentally solving the problem of development of villagers in urban villages has the transformation of the village in the city been completed.This thesis takes the Jinyuan District of Taiyuan City as the main research object and conducts in-depth research on the development of villagers in the Village through field visits and research.This thesis is divided into four parts:The first part outlines the related theories of human development.It is mainly elaborated from four aspects: the concept definition,the Marxist human development theory,the Chinese development of human development theory,and the representative views of modern western scholars.The second part,based on the particularity of the villagers,summarizes the development of the villagers in the Village,Jinyuan District,Taiyuan City and the main problems.The development of the villagers is reflected in the diversification of economic income,the simplicity of employment patterns,the superiority of living conditions,and the complexity of social interactions.The problems in the development of villagers are mainly manifested as: lack of development potential,lack of labor skills,low level of education,and ambiguity of role identification.In the third part,the main reasons that restrict the development of villagers in the Village are analyzed.The first is that "differentiation of urban and rural policies" affects the integration and development of villagers;the second is that "limited resources allocation" restricts the coordinated development of villagers;third,"lag behind in basic management" hinders the shared development of villagers;and fourth,"individual consciousness "The limitations" impede the self-development of villagers.The fourth part proposes a realistic and feasible way for realizing the comprehensive development of the villagers in the Village,Jinyuan District,Taiyuan City.First,the grassroots service system as the starting point to improve the people's livelihood issues;the second is to implement the new development concept as an opportunity to guide the integration of villagers in the city;third is the guidance of human development theory and paying attention to individual development of villagers.
