Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Primary, Secondary And Tertiary Industries Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Agriculture as a weak link in economic development,it's difficult to achieve major breakthroughs in development for a long time.The problems of low added value of agricultural products and high transaction costs persist mainly due to the long-term separation of agriculture from the "independent" development of secondary and tertiary industries.Therefore,promoting the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries is the essential way to solve the current predicament of agricultural development.It's an important measure to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and the modernization of agriculture,and is the internal requirement of rural revitalization.This paper based on the theories of industrial chain,industrial integration and multi-function of agriculture,and uses the methods of literature research,data analysis and case analysis to study the current situation of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration in China(integration mode,integration foundation,integration trend),existing problems and reasons,countermeasures are analyzed to extend the agricultural industry chain,enhance the added value of agricultural products,realize the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Through the research on the present situation of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration,this paper summarizes three main modes of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration development in China,including the extension integration of agricultural industry chain,the expansion integration of agricultural functions and the infiltration integration of advanced technology into agriculture.It is concluded that rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration development is on the basis of diversified mode of industrial integration,the main body of operation is constantly increasing,adequate supply of material materials,the increase of disposable income of rural residents and the strengthening of national policy support.Assuming the four major trends of agricultural products processing industry is booming,leisure agriculture is advancing,new industries are constantly emerging,and agricultural e-commerce is rising.It is concluded that the development of rural integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries is still in its infancy.There are still some problems,such as the poor leading ability of the main body of industrial integration,the imperfect mechanism of interest linkage,thelow level and single mode of industrial integration,the insufficient supply of production factors,and the imperfect infrastructure.Therefore,based on the analysis of the main practices of Japan,Korea,the United States,Denmark,it is concluded that industrial convergence should increase government financial support,pay attention to the construction of green agricultural brand and innovate the operation mode of industrial convergence.At the same time,combining with the existing problems in the development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries in China,it is proposed to increase the support for the main body of industrial convergence,improve the close interest linkage mechanism,promote the deep integration of rural industry,break through the bottleneck of factors of production one by one,and improve infrastructure,so as to promote the development of rural industry convergence,to promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side and to realize rural revitalization.
