Discussion On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In The Coalmine Subsidence Area Of Huaibei

With the large-scale development of coal in China,while bringing production efficiency and efficiency to the people,a large area of coal collapse area has appeared throughout the country,which has also caused great threat and destruction to the people's living environment.The original ecological environment of the subsidence area has been destroyed,the original traditional agricultural production method has not adapted to the geographical environment of the subsidence area,while the leisure agriculture can not only improve the ecological system of the subsidence area,beautify the rural environment,but also optimize the industrial structure,which can increase the income of farmers,improve the rural employment rate,and can also promote the rural employment.We should integrate the development of urban and rural areas and promote social stability.Therefore,developing leisure agriculture according to local conditions is the only choice for the development of the current subsidence area.As one of the ten largest coal bases in China,Huaibei city has a large number of coal subsidence areas and widely distributed,and the unique agricultural resources and natural landscape in the subsidence area,as well as the rich cultural and rural characteristics of Huaibei,therefore,the exploitation and utilization of leisure agriculture is of high value.However,it is of great significance for the rapid development of leisure agriculture in the subsidence area of Huaibei to meet the needs of consumers,and how to realize the sustainable development of local leisure agriculture and the obvious improvement of environmental benefits.Based on the theory of industrial structure evolution,the theory of sustainable development,the theory of experience economics and the theory of tourism resources integration,this paper takes the theory of industrial structure evolution,the theory of experience economics,the theory of tourism resources integration as the support,and tries to explore the actual existence of the development and change of the leisure agriculture in the subsided area,based on the theory of industrial structure evolution,the theory of sustainable development,the theory of experience economics and the theory of tourism resources integration.In order to provide reliable reference for its standardized development,efficient management and scientific guidance.First,the research literature on the leisure agriculture in the subsidence area at home and abroad is combed,and through the comparison of the classic case transformation practice at home and abroad,we hope to obtain the relevant enlightenment from the leisure agriculture in the subsidence area of Huaibei.Secondly,from the aspects of natural resources,economic development,policy support,agricultural development,tourism development and so on.On the basis of analysis,the present situation and development model of leisure agriculture in Huaibei subsidence area are summarized.Then,the consumer behavior is divided into five aspects of consumer basic characteristics,behavioral motivation,cognitive behavior,decision-making behavior and customer satisfaction,and the investigation is carried out in the field.Again,in combination with the collapse area of Huaibei City The actual development of leisure agriculture shows that there are lack of innovative products,lack of local characteristics,low activity participation,lack of agricultural taste,lack of publicity,lack of brand,lack of professional personnel,inadequate planning and construction,weak infrastructure,and so on in the development of leisure agriculture in the subsidence area of Huaibei.Finally,aiming at the main problems,combined with relevant experience at home and abroad,put forward the development strategy and related suggestions of leisure agriculture in Huaibei subsidence area.
