The development of information technology has led to a leap forward in the logistics in China.Logistics play a huge role in promoting urban economy,especially for a location in transportation hub.Therefor,the rapid development of logistics will enhance its economic status in the region.Logistic parks play an important role in aspects of promoting the regional economic development,increasing the social benefits and effectively alleviate traffic pressure,they are given more and more attention.And how to realize efficient operation and effective management of logistics park is a comprehensive subject in front of us.Based on relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper analyzes the development status of the operation and management of logistics parks both at home and abroad,and summarizes the problems existing in the operation management of logistics parks in China.Through the operation management system of the logistics park,the organization structure of the company,the role of the government in the operationand management of the logistics park,further analyzes the operation management mechanism of logistics park.Based on the theory study,this paper analyses wulanchabu comprehensive logistics industrial park,analyses the development status and existing issues of logistics park.Benefit evaluation system of logistics park operation management should be designed,to feedback the effect of operation management timely,improve operation management constantly,and establishment efficient management system for logistics parks.Combined with the experience of foreign government operation and management logistics parks,we can concludes some suggestions of effective operation and management of modern logistics park.Analyze and improve the operation management mode,improve the system and mechanism of operation and management,and improve the ability of government in operation and management logistics parks.
