Study On The Operation Management Of Ji Zhong Coal Logistics Park In Xingtang County

With the development of Internet and information technology,traditional logistics changes rapidly. Logistics parks play an important role in aspects of promoting the city economy development and the social benefits, they are given more and more attention. How to evaluate efficient operation of the park and achieve profitability has also become the focus of research.This article is based on the background of the current situation of the development of the coal industry. Firstly, it introduces the related concept of the park and cluster effect theory and value chain theory. It analyses operation and management mode of international logistics park and the park successful cases bring us precious experience. In this paper, Xing tang County JiZhong coal logistics park project evaluation is taken as the main content. According to the principles of evaluation of index selection, the author combines with the coal logistics’ own characteristic and reading a large number of references in the preliminary selection. Finally this article selects 59 Park evaluation Indexes, and designs the questionnaire about the importance of the indexes of coal logistics park of Xing tang County in Hebei Province. The questionnaire’s reliability is tested. Based on the statistical results score of the questionnaire investigation, it determined the coal logistics park of Xing tang County in Hebei Province evaluation index system. This article discusses the scope and the principle of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, gray correlation evaluation, principally component analysis. Due to the evaluation index of logistics park is difficult to quantify, it belongs to multi index, multi-level characteristic. So, this paper chooses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the park. Based on the method of multi-level fuzzy evaluation, it sets up five grade evaluation classes, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index. This article adopts the method of questionnaire to collect data and taking the proportion method to calculate the membership degree of each factor. The questionnaire of data reliability is tested by the SPSS software. After the result of the calculation, this article analysis each index which belongs to the evaluation. According to Index belonging to the class of "general" and "poor", the author puts forward some suggestions to improve it. Using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of operation and management of Logistics Park has good operability and the result is scientific and objectivity.
