As a large industrial chain serving the breeding industry,the feed industry is an important part of the farming industry in China.In recent years,with the development of animal husbandry and fishery,the feed industry in China has developed rapidly,which has greatly promoted the development of animal husbandry in China and improved the living standard of people.However,with the continuous improvement in the feed market and domestic enterprises,the competition in China's current feed market is becoming increasingly fierce.Against this background,this paper feed YT company as the main research object,in the thorough analysis to explore the current feed in face of the marketing of all kinds of internal and external environment and YT feed company marketing present situation and existing problems,on the basis of by means of SWOT analysis method,the in-depth analysis is made of the advantages of YT feed company "S",the disadvantages of the "W",opportunity "O",and the threat to the "T",and put forward the YT feed company marketing strategy and safeguard measures.1.The research indicates that the external macro environment of China's feed engineering is mainly reflected in:(1)continuous improvement of legislation related to food safety and environmental protection;(2)the state is increasingly inclined to support leading enterprises and cooperatives of large scale,regulatory norms,excellent varieties and environmentally friendly enterprises;(3)the feed enterprises are constantly developing towards collectivization,industrialization and internationalization.2.The external industry environment of China's feed engineering is mainly reflected in:(1)the competition in the feed market is becoming increasingly fierce;(2)consumers are increasingly demanding food quality and safety;(3)the sheep industry has a great development prospect.3.Summarized the current marketing situation of YT feed company,there are still the following problems:(1)the feed varieties sold are relatively single;(2)the company's current marketing channels are too long and the marketing outlets are unreasonable;(3)current company's incentive system for customers and marketers is simple;(4)the company's current marketing personnel are generally younger and less professional.4.this thesis argues that YT feed the company's overall marketing strategy should include product brand strategy,price strategy,marketing channel strategy,marketing,service strategy and promotion strategy and so on several big aspects,especially should actively create feed ruminants straw particles as the main brands of sheep feed,and to strengthen the service of the late marketing development and.5.the research thought formed industry value chain marketing strategy consciousness,perfecting the management system related to marketing management and strive to build the company efficient marketing team is the guarantee of YT feed company marketing the key to the implementation of the overall strategic target.
