The rapid development of economic globalization has not only brought many opportunities to Chinese enterprises,but also made enterprises more impacted and challenged.In this context,how to maintain the core competitiveness,survive and development,in the fierce market competition conditions,is each enterprise will take careful thought and research problems.At present,many enterprises is influenced by its traditional management mode,development bottleneck stage,how to break through the bottleneck,complete further development,requires enterprises to seek new management mode and management concept.At this time,most enterprises begin to pay attention to the talent competition,and the complex project manager with rich management experience and high quality has become the guarantee for the construction unit to win the victory in its development and transformation.But because our country's construction enterprises still exist in the talent management in some way,ideological,lead to human management present situation is far from can not meet the requirements of its environment,and the current our country about the study of the construction project manager competency model is not mature enough,not enough research literature is rich,so in this paper,the construction project manager's competence were studied.First of all,this paper makes a brief analysis and brief overview of the following aspects.Mainly from the following several aspects to carry on the simple analysis and a brief overview:the research background,the research of theory and practical significance,the research method of this paper USES the necessary instructions,finally expounds the main content of this article,in the form of a flow chart of framework introduced in this paper,the research train of thought.Secondly,the relevant concepts involved in this study are defined,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and analyzes and introduces relevant theories and bases.Mainly introduces the project management and its connotation,the competency model building methods and types,the project manager competency model of research status at home and abroad are reviewed,and for the people-job matching theory,and the theory of competency theory are introduced.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,analyzes in detail the construction enterprise project manager position,then the project manager competency factors in the extraction and generate the initial survey model,and the initial questionnaire data collection and factor,competency characteristics are obtained.A formal questionnaire is compiled in this paper,investigators to ask by the questionnaires,through both descriptive and factor analysis of the questionnaire results are scientific and reasonable,and from different dimensions,and between each competency characteristic elements in each dimension the Angle of the relationship between the competency model of hierarchical verification.In the end,a summary of the full text is summarized,elaborates the highlights and shortcomings of this paper,and looks forward to the follow-up questions.
