With the rapid development of e-commerce and traditional online businesses,the importance of the logistics industry has become increasingly prominent,and it has occupied an important position in people's production and life.A logistics company is a state-owned enterprise in China.In recent years,A logistics company has made a series of efforts to cope with the double-sided attack of international express delivery and domestic private express delivery,and to seize more market share.Among them,combined with the background of knowledge economy,A logistics company pays special attention to the development of corporate human resources,especially the training and development of new employees.However,according to the survey,98 employees chose to leave the company in 2017 alone,of which 77% are new employees who have been employed for less than a year.Frequent flow of personnel not only reduces the professionalism and serviceability of A logistics companies,but also increases their operating costs.Therefore,it is very important for A logistics companies to retain outstanding talents,strengthen their own strengths,and improve customer satisfaction.significance.Based on the theory of demand level theory,adult learning theory and Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model,this study explores the training of new employees based on the actual questionnaire and the reading of relevant documents.From the training methods,training content,training objectives and other current L new logistics company introduced the basic situation of staff training,through the satisfaction survey found that L City logistics company's new employee training is generally low satisfaction,the existence of training courses for training Lack of ability to meet the needs of employees,a single training mode,lack of training needs analysis,lack of evaluation of training effectiveness,lack of training lecturer,resistance of internal team building and lack of necessary monitoring means during training.Combining with the existing theoretical knowledge and research results and the actual situation of logistics companies in L city,based on the analysis of the needs of organizations,tasks and employees,the author optimizes the training of newemployees in L logistics companies through the formulation of previous plans,The implementation of the late assessment feedback and other links: First,in the early plan for the improvement of the level of training teachers,training and selection of teaching methods and training courses have been optimized;second,in the specific implementation process,Focusing on the adjustment of organizational structure and division of responsibilities,pre-class preparation,classroom management in three areas were analyzed;Third,in the follow-up evaluation feedback links,from the process,level and perspective optimization A rich logistics company Evaluation of new staff training.Finally,to ensure A logistics company to carry out the training of new employees smoothly,from the organization,personnel and system of three levels proposed a number of safeguards.
