| In the future market competition,talents play an increasingly important role in enterprise competition.Although state-owned enterprises have policy advantages,but with the continuous strengthening and deepening of market competition,how to attract,train and retain talents in the increasingly fierce competition;How to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of employees and really improve the competitiveness of enterprises has become an important issue that state-owned enterprises must face in human resources management.KCT Company is a state-owned enterprise founded nearly 20 years,in the process of development,KCT company constantly improve and improve its own management system and mechanism to meet the growing market demand.However,in the operation process of KCT company,it is found that the company is missing the important mechanism of qualification management system.In order to establish the qualification management system in line with the actual situation of KCT company,this paper conducts a comprehensive and systematic study on the qualification management system of KCT company.The research of this paper is carried out in the form of questionnaire.After in-depth investigation,KCT company has some problems in human resource management,among which the three most prominent aspects are:lack of career development channels,performance appraisal and incentive effect is not obvious,lack of systematic training.Starting from the strategic goal of "14th Five-Year Plan" of KCT Company and combining with the actual situation of the company,the qualification management model of "one body,five dimensions and two channels" is built to open up the two channels of career development,and the qualification standards of each post are set up from the five dimensions of knowledge,skills,quality,experience and comprehensive ability.At the same time,the author puts forward some preliminary suggestions on the optimization and improvement of performance management,salary management,training management and other aspects of human resource management.In order to better improve the employee qualification management system mechanism,by establishing an effective mechanism,we can better attract and retain talents,so as to maintain the leading edge in the fierce market competition. |
