Qualification management systematically administers employees working ability and behavior, which has an important effect on human resources management. With more insights into this concept, it is widely used in human planning, staff requisition and collocate, training and developing, payment management, performance evaluation and other areas.This paper mainly studied K Company's qualification management basing on the theory of qualification management and the implementation experience in the world. The study focused mostly on K Company's qualification construction and implementation.First, the background and significance of this study was introduced, and research framework was also elaborated. Second, both previous studies on qualification management and its application around the world were reviewed. Moreover, the concept, characters, key elements of qualification management, as well as the conceptual framework of qualification management system were defined. Third, problems of human resource in K Company were sorted out though empirical analysis. To solve these problems, a qualification management system was proposed applying the qualification management theory based on the actual situation of K company. In addition, specific applications of qualification management was set forth in detail. Forth, some measures were further suggested to ensure smooth implementation of the above-mentioned qualification management system.This paper discussed the qualification management theory and practical experiences at home and abroad, and proposed a qualification management system for K Company. This system could be helpful to other companies which are encountering similar HR problems.
