Qualification management is an important mode of human resource management in the age of knowledge economy, it is also an effective method of constructing the career development channel within the enterprise and establishing internal personnel training system. This article is dedicated to the study of qualification management system construction, the formulation of qualification standards, as well as the applications of qualification management in Enterprise human resource management.Firstly, this thesis describes the basic theory and the construction process of qualification management. In knowledge economy times, qualification management was widely concerned by enterprise and became a important solution of human resources management; Secondly, through the analysis of T company’s human resources management situation, it point out that there is some problem in T company’s staff professional development channel, training system management, performance assessment management and the management of personnel selection and training. Then it used the basic framework of qualification management system to analysis the T company’s core business and core staff. Design the career development channel, competency and qualification standard, frovided practical solutions through sample. Finally, compared with the qualification management and human resources management, introuduce the application of qualification management in T company human resources planning, recruitment and configuration, training and development, pay management and the performance management. It point out that enterprise established and implementationed the qualification management made an important signification on upgrade the human resources management ability and the core competitiveness of company. Then give a good solution to the request of T company in human resources management area.This thesis uses qualification management basic theory, combinations the success practice of other enterprise, base on in-depth analysis of T company currently human resources management status.through the core business and core staff analysis of piot Department, gets through the staff double professional development channel, construction t company pilot Department qualification management system, made an effective qualification management application solution.lt will pull the qualification management by pilot Department to T company, and give an effective solution on T company human resource management problem. It made an important signification on T company establish and implementation the qualification management, upgrade the human resources management ability and the core competitiveness of company. This thesis is also provided some refences in the enterprise human resource management solutions for the large-sized IT company’s.
