In the past 30 years,China's private enterprises developed rapidly.Some outstanding enterprises stepped into the second venture stage in the process of rapid expansion.This stage is mainly to solve the problem that how to become bigger and stronger.In the face of this problem,"talent" has become the biggest opportunities and challenges for enterprises.In the past five years,OPPO company,which as the domestic mobile phone industry leader,has achieved good results both in the market share and consumer reputation through continuous efforts.At the same time,OPPO company which stepped into the second venture stage are faced with the rapid expansion of the scale of the pressure and problems as well,such as the management of the fault,inefficient employees,no-stimulating salad and the high rate of the core person.Faced of these problems,OPPO Shandong changed from 2015.The most important of the work is the qualification system.Through the ability of talent and the development of the system to guide employees to continuously improve their ability and achieve performance results.At the same time,it can provide the basis for the framework for the company's other management.Based on the above industry and the status quo of enterprises,this paper elaborates the whole process of the system of sustainable development of OPPO Shandong.It made a greater breakthrough from the value chain combing,the clear structure,the establishment of competency quality model,the behavior standard combs the implementation of the certification,the application of the results,especially for sales and sales management positions for the development of the channel and the service standards.Through the establishment of professional management of dual-channel,all employees get the opportunity to promote growth.Through the benchmarking behavior,the majority of employees are guided to show excellent performance.At the same time,the whole practice which combined with the domestic advanced qualification system theory framework and the characteristics of the sales company unique,solved the rapid development of personnel and training issues groundbreaking and systematically.It provides a good reference for large-scale sales enterprises.
