A Study On The Implementation Of Precision Poverty Alleviation Policy In G County Of Jilin Province

Precise poverty alleviation is the essence and bright spot of poverty alleviation in the new period of China.Since 2012,through the implementation of the public policy of precision poverty alleviation,the number of poor people in China has been greatly reduced,and the appearance of poor areas has changed significantly.The 19 th Congress of the party proposed to ensure that under the current standards of 2000,the rural poor will be lifted out of poverty,and all the poor counties will be taken off their hats,so as to solve the regional overall poverty,so as to achieve the true poverty.Therefore,the work of poverty alleviation and development is still facing a very arduous and arduous task,as a key role of public policy implementation,the county government,how to carry out the accurate poverty alleviation policy better,becomes the key to achieve overall poverty alleviation.This paper takes the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policy in G County of Jilin Province as the research object,starting from four aspects: accurate identification,accurate help,accurate management and accurate appraisal.Through consulting government documents,studying academic works,and journal articles,combined with the actual work conditions in G County,using sample questionnaires,and talking with poverty alleviation workers and poverty-stricken households in G County,etc.,we can fully use public policies to implement theoretical knowledge and find G accurately.The county's existing problems in the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policies,in-depth study and put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions are of great significance to improving the actual efficiency of the current G county government's precision poverty alleviation work and promoting the smooth realization of the goal of accurate poverty alleviation.At the same time,it has practical significance for the in-depth and efficient development of precision poverty alleviation work in agricultural counties in northeast China and even in the entire north.
