In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,talent has become an important factor for competition among enterprises.The strength of human resources has become an important factor in a firm's decision.Recruitment and selection of personnel is the first step to introduce talents.It is also the most important and critical step.It is necessary to expand the reserve of talent pool.To have a scientific and perfect recruitment process,it is very meaningful to conduct systematic research on recruitment.Now more and more enterprises in our country continue to use the traditional recruitment model in the form of recruitment.The biggest feature is to identify talents,qualifications,professional knowledge and so on.However,in the face of such a fierce competition,an excellent talent can not be measured by the level of knowledge and skills.His value.Because traditional recruitment ignores the values of talents and whether the whereabouts of individual jobs can match the culture of enterprises,it is necessary for enterprises to introduce Winning Force Models.The introduction of Winning Force Model can not only properly solve the shortage of traditional recruitment,but also strengthen the optimality of enterprise recruitment process,and greatly reduce the blindness and failure rate of recruitment.The introduction of Winning Force Model provides scientific and rational guidance for enterprise recruitment,and has a good effect on enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise talents.This paper first expounds the competence,Winning Force Model and recruitment related theories.It studies Hua Han Information company,studies and analyses the personnel structure and recruitment status of the company systematically,and finds out the problems in the recruitment of the company through questionnaire and interview method.In-depth and comprehensive analysis.Through the form of questionnaire and interview,we find the traditional recruitment problems at the present stage,put forward the advantages of recruitment based on the Winning Force Model,and determine the feasibility of introducing Winning Force Model to enterprises.Starting from the method of building Winning Force Model,this paper introduces the steps of building Winning Force Model.Combined with the post responsibilities of Hua Han Information technology company,the general Winning Force Model and Winning Force Model of the three central directors are established.At the same time,for example,the position of "business operation director",based on the Winning Force Model of the post,recombing the recruitment process,starting from the resume screening,determining the recruitment needs and plans,defining the evaluation methods of the interview,making the decision opinions of the recruitment,and evaluating the recruitment effect at last.Based on the recruitment status of Hua Han information company,this paper makes clear the recruitment optimization based on the Winning Force Model,starting from the actual situation of the enterprise,combining the company's corporate culture,development vision,management level and so on,to establish a suitable Winning Force Model for the company.Because of the problems encountered by the Hua Han information company in the recruitment of employees,the research on the recruitment management system of Hua Han information company can not only provide some ideas for the optimization of the recruitment work of the company,but also provide some reference for other enterprises with similar questions.To a certain extent,it helps to solve the problems existing in the recruitment of employees and ensure the sustained,healthy and stable development of the company.
