Research On Resources Conflict Problem Based On TRIZ In Multi-Project Parallel Environment

In the Multi-Project management,when resources and duration are limited,the conflicts of demand for resources among multi-project tasks have been a difficult problem that needed to be solved urgently in multi-project management.From the view of resources utilization,according to TRIZ this paper build a problem solving model to try to solve this difficult problem.First of all,according to the theory of multi-project management and TRIZ,this paper sets up the goal of the project group,management principles and management indicators to manage project groups and measure the implementation results of project groups.Then,this paper extends TRIZ from the technical field to the field of project management to solve the problem of resources conflict under multi-project parallel,and the problem solving model is built.Finally,this paper validates the problem solving model through a practical multi-project case.The problem of resources conflict in the multi project case is entered into the problem solving model and the solution is obtained.Using Mcrosoft Project 2007 software to carry out the project simulation and simulation operation,the result of statistical data is obtained.Through the analysis of the results of the statistical data,the problem solving model constructed in this paper could completely solve the problem of resource conflict under multi-project parallel.As contrasted with the conventional time buffering method,It could complete the project task in higher level,shorten the Project Ideal Distance obviously,achieve project goals with shorter duration and lower resources cost.In nowdays,the global resources are scarce and the environmental pollution is serious.Under the concept of " Energy Conservation and Pollution Emissions Reduction " and "going green and environmental protection" and the development of ecological civilization,The resources conflict problem solving model based on TRIZ in multi-project parallel environment in this paper possesses a certain practical applied value.
