The Research On Comprehensive Regulation Of Rural Construction Land In HB County

With the process of urbanization,lifting out of poverty and backwardness,also and planting relocation is accelerated effectivly,peasants are rapidly moving to towns,and cities.In the vast rural areas,the emergence of a large number of idle rural housing,and parts have been degraded and abandoned.This phenomenon caused the urban construction land increasingly nervous,land costs have soared.Another,a large number of rural collective construction land is idle,wasting,and utilization is rate.The comprehensive improvement of rural construction land refers to a comprehensive land consolidation campaign of demolishing and reclaming those rural construction land which are scattered and inefficient,and also rural residential areas are layout and centralized constructionThis paper takes HB county as the research object and carrying out related studies about planning,constructing,managing and analyzing of economic benefit of remediation activities of the rural construction land.Multiple factors are taken into consideration and combined with relevant theoretical basis for land consolidation,and predicting the status of land comprehensive utilization and future circumstances of land demand.Then,analysing the problems and causes of land use in HB County.Through considering the project investment and benefit analysis of land comprehensive control and development project of this county,to further verify the feasibility of related projects.On the basis of the feasibility of the project,analysising the project,selecting related project,and describing amply on the Overall layout and construction content,control measures,and so on.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative research methods are adopted to study the feasibility and concrete implementation strategy of the project,and to predict the expected effect of the project.The research on the plan,implementation,manage and protect,and economic benefits of the rural construction land remediation program has important practical significance.In addition,it also has practical value on referencing and providing guidance to the county and other counties.
