| Strawberry is a traditional characteristic industry in Mancheng District.It has reached a certain scale since the 1980 s and is one of the most important strawberry production regions in the country.In recent years,the strawberry industry in Mancheng District has developed rapidly and various types of strawberry production have developed rapidly.Analyzing the different production and management subjects of Strawberry in Mancheng District and summarizing the experience has important guiding significance for the sustainable development of the strawberry industry in Mancheng District.The research idea of this article is: Taking the different production and management subjects of Strawberry in Mancheng District as the research object,we investigated the production and management of 60 production enterprises,including strawberry production enterprises,strawberry farmer cooperatives,strawberry family farms and ordinary strawberry growers.Analyze and contrast the status quo,select typical cases of various types of business entities,together with Strawberry Farming Co.,Ltd.,Suncun Wotu Fruit and Vegetable Farmers Cooperative,Tianfeng Strawberry Family Farm,analyze the problems of various types of strawberry production subject,and propose the promotion of the full Urban Strawberry Industry Development Countermeasures and Suggestions.This article consists of five parts:The first part analyzes the status quo of strawberry development in Hebei Province and the development of strawberry industry in Mancheng District.It is found that there are many problems in the strawberry industry in Mancheng District.In the second part,based on the actual situation of different production and management subjects of strawberry in Mancheng District,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation,data compilation,and induction,the age,education,business scale,and various types of production of four different types of production and management entities were analyzed and compared.There is a huge difference in the main cost-benefit,cost components,post-harvest sales channels,seed sources and quality,and picking conditions.The third part selects the typical cases of companies,cooperatives,and family farms for comparative analysis,and finds that there are differences in production,operation and management modes between different production entities.In the fourth part,through investigating and analyzing the operating conditions of the strawberry production subject,it was found that there are different problems in the operating conditions of different strawberry production entities,which have their own advantages and disadvantages.The ordinary strawberry growers have small production scale,and the production flexibility is strong.However,the ageing of operators is serious,new planting techniques are not easy to apply,and family farms are easy to carry out leisure activities such as strawberry picking.However,the labor sources are not stable,and the policy conditions for the development of cooperatives are good,but the quality of managers and members is low.Internal management The system is not perfect,which affects the scientific nature of business decisions.Strawberry producers have high technology content,but they have poor ability to take risks in development.In the fifth part,based on the analysis of the development status and existing problems of production and operation status of various types of strawberry production in Mancheng District,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the operating performance of various types of strawberry production in Mancheng District: innovating among various kinds of strawberry production entities.The connection mode has strengthened the formulation and implementation of strawberry production standards by production entities,promoted the construction and development of strawberry deep-processing enterprises,strengthened farmers training,strengthened the brand building of Mancheng Strawberry,and improved scientific and technological support.The innovation of this paper is to use Mancheng Strawberry as a specialty agricultural product in Hebei Province,which has been included in the construction of provincial-level premium areas.Using a large number of micro-survey data,the characteristics of various strawberry production and management entities have been analyzed.The strawberry production and management main body has carried on the concrete case analysis,through the analysis of various strawberry production subject management problems,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management performance of various production entities of strawberry in Mancheng District. |
