One of the main tasks of human resource management is to select suitable persons for enterprises through standardized recruitment process,and to some extent provide enterprises with the impetus to continue their growth and sustainable development.In general,a complete recruitment process consists of confirming recruitment needs,choosing recruitment channels,posting recruitment information,screening resumes,organizing interviews,investigating background and making decisions.This familiar process is some routine work,but the opportunity of recruiting a suitable person may be lost because of one single negligence in this process.At present there are always some problems in this recruitment process,therefore,optimizing the "node" in the process has become an important and difficult point in the current recruitment.This paper discusses the continuity,standardization and efficiency of the recruitment process from the aspect of "node" so as to design a reasonable recruitment process,establish an efficient recruitment process system,and ultimately improve the recruitment efficiency of enterprises.This paper discusses the recruitment process in Xi'an Meihang Company.Firstly the author introduces the overview of the company and the status of the recruitment process,then investigates some employees and professional personnel in the company,uses AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and FCE(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation)method,and finds some problems in the recruitment process.The problems are inadequate preparations before the recruitment,imperfect recruitment plans,unclear recruitment standards,unscientific recruitment channels,unreasonable recruitment timing and the lack of effective recruitment evaluation.On this basis,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of recruitment process from three aspects,that is,the pre-recruitment preparation stage,recruitment assessment stage,and post recruitment evaluation stage.At last the guarantee measures for running the scheme are put forward.The optimization scheme and security measures proposed in this paper are supposed to solve the problems in the recruitment process in Xi'an Meihang Company or to provide some reference from a certain extent.
