The urbanization of regional population is not only the process that people concentrate to the town, but also the inevitable trend of industrial development, and it is an important stage for the transition of human traditional society to civilize society.Infrastructure is the material carrier of urban survival and development, and is the basic support and important part for the population urbanization,is also as the important material for cities to give play a role of the guarantee of accumulative effect.Population urbanization and infrastructure construction represent an important symbol of modernization level of regional city, conducting a reasonable evaluation on the degree of coordinated development of both can provide necessary basis for the construction of modern civilized cities.Based on Inner Mongolia as the research area of,select some relative indexes, such as,non-agricultural population, population density, secondary and tertiary industry practitioners, culture, education, health care facilities, public transportation and energy facilities, and based on it to construct the evaluation system, furthermore, through the entropy weight method to calculate the comprehensive score values of every banner.According to the above results, use coordinated development degree model and exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)methods to analyze the outcomes of coordinated development of population urbanization and infrastructure level change rules of time and space distribution of Inner Mongolia during 2001 ~ 2016 years, and gives the corresponding policy recommendations. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)For the analysis of spatial and temporal evolution of population urbanization: During the period from 2001 to 2016 years, the population urbanization level of Inner Mongolia showed a significant upward trend.Due to the influence of natural and humans factors in the different periods, the process of population urbanization also appears the volatility trend. The population urbanization level of Inner Mongolia presents a spatial pattern of higher level. In addition, with the change of time, the spatial change in the central urban areas of prefecture-level cities has been improved, and the level of urbanization in some flag counties is still low.(2)For the analysis of spatial and temporal evolution of infrastructure: The infrastructure level indexes of Inner Mongolia, such as,cultural education, public transport and telecommunications total level drops, health care facilities, water supply and drainage facilities, energy and environment system facilities as well as level of rapid growth trend. In a word, the overall infrastructure level along with the social development in Inner Mongolia appears a trend of slow increase, and it gives corresponding to the new urbanization comprehensive development. The temporal variation trend of infrastructure in Inner Mongolia is slowly increasing, the infrastructure construction of individual remote banners is not complete, and at the low level, and the infrastructure construction level in the regions of the east and Midwest is highest, the west and Midwest areas are the secondary.(3)For the evolution pattern of coordinated development degree: Inner Mongolia population urbanization and infrastructure coordinated development level showed a slow growth trend. The growth rate of Wuhai city and Ordos city was relatively fast, with a growth rate of 22.6% and 20.8%.Coordinated development is relatively beneficial to the social and economic development in the future. It brings convenience to people's life, changes the original way of life, and has a green and environment-friendly living environment.During the period from 2001 to 2016 years,Inner Mongolia coordination level evolution pattern of population urbanization and infrastructure trends to increase constantly, and especially the coordination level of the city center is higher, appear a phenomenon that the near banners are the core of urban agglomeration development, and predict the future coordinated development pattern change is still affected by the level of infrastructure development state. Therefore, with the development of population urbanization to a certain level,it is necessary to improve the capacity of infrastructure development and then to achieve coordinated development of population urbanization and infrastructure.(4)The analysis of spatial agglomeration characteristics for the coordination level of population urbanization and infrastructure: The analysis of population urbanization and infrastructure spatial clustering in Inner Mongolia,During the period from 2001 to 2016 years, the global Moran's I index values respectively are-0.019257,0.020695,0.043157 and-0.010942,The index showed that 2001 and 2016,Inner Mongolia negatively related to the coordinated development of population urbanization and infrastructure level, high value with mutual difference and low adjacency, low and high value of adjacency attribute gather together; In 2006 and 2011 years, the urbanization of population was positively correlated with the level of coordinated development of infrastructure, and there were similar high values with high values, low values and low values."Low-Low " type are mainly distributed in eastern and central parts of few in the west, the areas present some characteristics, such as,people rarely, economy is not developed, population urbanization level is low, inadequate infrastructure level, and the banners around the blind area of the comprehensive score is low.At the same time, most of the banners impacted by continued ascension from the level of population urbanization and infrastructure development of Inner Mongolia, and more banners gradually transfer into the type that not significant,in other words, the equilibrium degree of the coordination development transfers to the stage of obvious ascension.
