The Application Research Of SPC Method In The Quality Management Of L Company

In order to meet the complex,diverse and high-quality needs of customers,and to enhance innovation ability by actively develop new products as well as occupy the market quickly,to improve the quality level has become the core content of an enterprise.It has proved that the basis of improving the quality level is the control of production process and procedure,rather than the final product inspection.At present,the quality management of L company is still at the stage of quality inspection,and its quality control means and methods are not enough.Therefore,the introduction of new process quality control theory is of great significance for L company to improve its product quality.SPC is the key method of process quality control,yet few data samples have brought great difficulties to the implementation of SPC in the multi-variety and smal-batch production model of L company.According to improvement requireme nts of quality management,this paper studies the SPC method under this model based on the production characteristics of L company combined with the research and applicatio n of SPC in product quality control.The main research work is as follows:1.The actual production process analysis of L company is starts with the relative factors affecting the quality of the process,and similarity recognition model for similar process groups is constructed by using the similarity theory.The similarity analysis and judgment are carried out in each small batch manufacturing process,and the similar working procedure is found out,and the same process is divided into the same process.Therefore,the sample space enlarged and the amount of data increase.2.A data transformation method of quality feature is put forward for the similar process group,which provides a basis for subsequent SPC implementation.We carried out a series of specific researches on process stability and process capability control combined with the actual production process of L.3.In order to solve the inaccuracy of the control chart and the distortion of the process ability in the process of implementing and applying SPC in similar process group,a variance analysis of the production process data is put forward to find out the process of the problem quickly,and the effectiveness of the method are proved by an example.Through the research,the quality of the process is improved.At the same time,the main problems in the production process are found and the improvement scheme is put forward,which provides help for the follow-up quality improvement of L company.
