In recent years,China's rapid economic development,the national consumption level and consumption capacity is increasing,the rapid growth in the wave of economic development of foreign trade enterprises have turned to the domestic market,in the process of market transformation,there are many problems in external environment and internal management of the market,especially in the marketing system construction,market development and customer service,etc.We need to improve the marketing management.This paper studies the problems of marketing management and the construction of marketing system after the transformation of the HDQ into domestic trade.Firstly,through the introduction of the background of thesis selection,it points out the practical significance of HDQ marketing strategy.Through reading the relevant literatures,it analyzes the field of marketing management,and establishes the research ideas,researches methods and general framework.It expounds the relevant theories in marketing,including the theory of marketing combination,SWOT analysis,the data model used in this paper,and summarizes the main modes of marketing.Secondly,this paper analyzes the environment and obtains the opportunities and challenges in the development process through the SWOT,and through the qualitative and quantitative analysis,to find the direction of marketing strategy development.Thirdly,using LOGIT regression model to classify the consumer custom of seafood products in the market,subdivide the target market of the product,determine the positioning and get the positioning analysis.The marketing combination theory is used to design the marketing strategy in four levels to improve the marketing of the company.Finally,the marketing strategy in the implementation process of the security measures and steps are expounded,can be successfully implemented.Four points are ensured the implementation of the marketing strategy combination of supportability measures.
