| Human resource has always been the valuable asset of enterprises. In order to achieve sustainable long-term development, it would be indispensable for real estate industry, as one of the pillar of national economy, to have elite talents and sound management. As a local small enterprise in Wuhan,running a business of real estate development in combination with property management, XM real estate company has an intense desire for high quality staff and there emerge human resource problems in attendance.This paper discusses the existing human resource problems in XM company,including: uneven pay distribution, unclear definition of post responsibilities,unsystematic human resource management, unsound performance management, the lack of professional training, etc. This paper will use document retrieval method, data collection method and interview to sort out through the company’s present management situation and put forward corresponding solutions, improving its market competitiveness.In the beginning, this paper explores the background and implication of this research,integrating XM company’s microcosmic details into the macroscopic context of real estate industry. Then it lays a solid theoretic foundation for its later research with a comprehensive review of both domestic and foreign academic documents. Aiming at the practical situation in XM company,the author applies SWOT analysis method to make a list of its problems,mainly in two facets: one is about the company’s own management system, and the other is about the staff’s inspiring development. In the final chapter, this paper puts forward a series of creative yet practical solutions and makes a reasonable prediction about their risks in enforcement and future development trends. |
