As the coming of the knowledge economy and the science and technology time, the knowledge work is becoming the mainly work means in new-economy age.In the knowledge time,knowledge would be the key resource and limited resource,and as the subject of it,knowledge workers,which are the carder of the knowledge creation, using and increment,will be a crucial factor of deciding the fate of enterprise.Knowledge Workers is the carrier of knowledge and core competence of the enterprise.Core knowledge,experience and technology of enterprise are based on knowledge workers.How to conduct management innovation and maximize utility upon the characteristic of Knowledge Workers becomes the most important problem in the processing of enterprise.The data of a survey for knowledge workers shows that after satisfied the essential material demand,knowledge workers emphasized that self-indulged,the feeling of success are the incentive of keep them moving for their work.It does leading efficiency work,and will create a friendly atmosphere that is keeping the top stuff stay the company.Due to the non-material incentive is becoming so important that the enterprise have to pay more attention on it.This paper will study the field of "self-identity theory" in psychology from the view of non-material incentives.At first,this paper will study the knowledge workers's psychology in enterprise upon "self-identity theory",and the process of their psychology transform,and the influence role of non-material incentives in above process.Then based on "self-identity theory",analyse effects of non-material incentive in each process and level of psychology,and construct non-material incentive system for knowledge workers.After constructed the system of non-material incentive for knowledge workers, through questionnaire this paper study the reorganizations for non-material incentive on different knowledge workers,and give some advice in this field.
