With the progress of science and technology and rapid development,making IT enterprises came into being and has been rapid development.However,IT projects carried out in the process of research and development process of its unpredictable factors are more,which makes the process of supervision and management of the difficulty of strengthening,and thus make the overall development results can not be simple and convenient measurement and evaluation.Therefore,how to measure the actual performance of project participants in IT enterprises,and then to achieve effective integrated performance management as the current IT companies to carry out project development is one of the major issues.IT project R & D participants are the core of IT projects and IT companies whose performance is directly related to the steady development of IT companies and the success of specific IT R & D projects.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to determine the performance indicators of IT personnel to carry out the performance appraisal system design.This paper takes D company as an example to study the performance appraisal index system of IT project management as the research object.By analyzing the current situation of related research at home and abroad,this paper gives the research content and research method.Through the relevant basic theory,Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation of D Company's performance appraisal,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of D Company's project department on the basis of the questionnaire,and analyzes the problems in the performance evaluation of D Company's project management.This paper gives the basic ideas,objectives and principles of D Company's project management performance appraisal index system construction,and constructs the performance appraisal system design which is suitable for D company IT project management.Through the combination of practice D The performance evaluation index of the company's project personnel,the D company's strategic objectives and KPI decomposition,performance evaluation indicators design,performance evaluation and performance evaluation results feedback,performance appraisal system for the assessment results analysis;and then put forward the D company project management performance appraisal system The operation of the safeguards.
