With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the source of value appreciation of enterprises has gradually changed from material capital to human capital.As an important link of human resource management,performance assessment plays a key role in cultivating and shaping the core competitiveness of enterprises and stimulating the work vitality and creativity of employees.JK company is a state-owned asset management of company which engaged in financial or class financial equity investment,entrusted asset management,guarantee business and fund investment.With the organization structure,scale and business constantly improved,JK company plays an important role in promoting the local financial industry cluster development,transformation and upgrading.However,at present,the company also has problems such as low enthusiasm,low efficiency and imperfect management,which has become the bottleneck that restrict the further development of the company and the key causes of these problems lies in performance appraisal of enterprise does not achieve the incentive effect.Therefore,from the perspective of corporate strategy,it is of great significance to realize the business objectives and leapfrog development of enterprises to give full play to the management value of performance appraisal by changing the way and method of performance appraisal.In this paper,the research is based on the employee performance appraisal as the research object,using the method of literature study,questionnaire,through comparing with the actual situation to the company and advanced performance evaluation theory,researching and anglicizing the existing problems and reasons.This paper draws a conclusion that company's performance appraisal is the weak link in enterprise management,its operation process did not achieve the ideal effect,employees of performance evaluation target,evaluation index,feedback and application of assessment results exist some problems,and the main cause of these problems have the shortcomings of appraisal system,which lack of supervision mechanism,is influenced by he perform atmosphere and constrained by personal qualities of the staff.Therefore,the company's performance appraisal needs furtherimprovement.Along the way of discovering,analyzing and solving problems,this paper is based on the method of the objective management,whose analysis is carried out by means of steps and examples,respectively analysis from the performance goals,evaluation index,evaluation subject,evaluation result feedback and application one by one.In a word,the focus of this article is to improve the countermeasures of performance appraisal of JK company and hope to be able to draw lessons from the research experience of performance appraisal,using certain research methods and achieving the purpose of performance appraisal optimization,so that the staff individuals and company to obtain long-term development.
