In 2003 S Province Communications Company(S Company for short) adopted the target "building a world-class communications enterprise" . From excellent to supereminent enterprise must designing perfect performance management system . S Company introduced performance management system in 2003, but concern performance appraisals and ignoring performance management, be short of performance feedback.The paper is about how to improving performance of employee. Author analyses difference performance management and performance appraisals. The paper presents Subjective Performance and Objective Performance form performance of employee. It presents subjective efficiency determine subjective performance and objective efficiency determine objective performance.In sampling survey author analyses factors that affecting performance, analyses employee's personality inventory. By investigating detected that responsibility affect subjective performance. Better employee's responsibility lead to better performance.
