With the coming of mobile Internet era,enterprises are facing rapid changes and challenges.For today's industry,a more normative,competitive and challenging key market is undergoing dramatic changes.The increase of the cost of artificial and raw materials,the fierce competition of sales and so on make the pressure of the enterprise become more and more pressure.The growth of the sales business and the function of the marketing staff have become an effective means to increase the core competitiveness of the enterprises.In order to be able to stand out in the fierce market competition,enterprises need to adopt technical means to help them maximize profits.To a certain extent,performance management has solved the current situation of enterprise strategy and daily work in the process of enterprise development,such as the disconnection and disconnection,the weak executive power,the weak executive ability and the low execution efficiency.This article is the research object of the marketing personnel in the marketing system of SDA company.Study on the first method the concept of performance management,performance appraisal theory,analyzes the current situation and assessment of the status of domestic and foreign SDA company performance appraisal,especially for SDA company's marketing staff performance appraisal in the history of the development of is reviewed,and expounds the characteristics of marketing personnel to explain the selection of marketing personnel as the research object.Based on the analysis of the current situation of marketers'performance appraisal,combined with the characteristics of SDA marketing personnel and the bottlenecks and problems in the company's current development,it points out the problems and shortcomings in the performance appraisal management process of marketers.Furthermore,SDA need to combine the strategic development direction of the company and the personnel performance appraisal status and work status,put forward in the use of Balanced Scorecard and 'key performance indicators(KPI)and key performance results based on the method of(OKR)improvement scheme and the concrete implementation process,to stimulate the daily management of the marketing staff and the enthusiasm and initiative of the management tool with OKR.At last,the article analyzes the difficulties and challenges that OKR management tools may encounter in the implementation process,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,and predicts the expected effect after implementation according to the application of OKR management tools in other companies.
