In the era of rapid development of digital economy,with the globalization of social economy,competition among countries,regions and enterprises is gradually transforming from competition between scale economy and material capital to talent competition.Especially in enterprises,in order to enhance the competitiveness of talents,enterprises have increased investment in human capital,promoted the level of human resource management,and promoted the continuous innovation of human resource management.Therefore,if enterprises want to achieve rapid development,we must solve the recruitment problems,and constantly improve their recruitment effectiveness,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The basic purpose of enterprise recruitment is to meet the needs of human resources in the process of future development.Recruitment,as the core of enterprise talent selection,is very important for the rational formation,management and development of human resources.This paper takes the Y company as the research object,from the current situation of Y company human resources,in-depth analysis combined with inductive method of Y company,found that the limited scope of the traditional recruitment model of Y company used in the information distribution platform,such as through newspapers,magazines and other channels.Publicity only for specific populations have influence,hindered the enterprises to attract highly qualified applicants,resulting in a large number of talent loss;at the same time,the traditional recruitment cost is relatively high,is not conducive to enterprise cost control.With the advent of the Internet era,the traditional recruitment model has been unable to meet the business needs of the talents,resulting in exploration of the new "Internet plus" recruitment model,and puts forward four new recruitment model,namely video recruitment,recruitment,accurate social network recruitment and recruitment of large data.With the "Internet plus" background of the times,in-depth analysis of characteristics of four kinds of new recruitment patterns and problems,find and solve the person enterprises qualification,purify the network environment,people post matching model is the key to development,new recruitment mode the application of.Finally,a new network recruitment model is built to solve the problem of talent recruitment.
