Research On The Mechanism Of Precision Poverty Alleviation Work

Poverty alleviation is an important basis for the realization of common prosperity.It can effectively enhance the motive force of economic development,improve the living standard of the poor and reduce the gap between the rich and the poor.Since the founding of new China,the party committees and governments have been able to attach great importance to and promote the work of poverty alleviation.In particular,during the last 40 years of reform and opening up,China has gradually implemented a comprehensive model of poverty alleviation and development,and has formed a model of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,and has achieved remarkable results.With the deepening of poverty alleviation,the remaining non poverty population has been decreasing year by year,but the vast majorities are low-income groups with deep poverty.The precise poverty alleviation working mechanism has effectively solved the problem of poor implementation of the poverty alleviation policy in the process of poverty alleviation,and the problem of poor poverty relief is more targeted and effective,but in the process of pushing forward,there is still a problem of precision poverty alleviation.Funing is a relatively poor county in Jiangsu Province.By the end of 2016,the county has established a total 92,860 people with low-income population.It has set 35 poverty-stricken tasks in weak economic villages,and it is very difficult to complete a new round of poverty eradication by 2020.When the county is running a precision poverty alleviation mechanism,also be found that there are both common and personal problems.It is imperative to conduct research and analysis on this issue to help optimize the work in the next step and improve poverty alleviation efficiency.This paper summarizes the Chinese precise mechanism for poverty alleviation,combined with a case study of Funing County in Jiangsu Province,using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,system analysis and on-the-spot investigation,mastering the implementation of the precise poverty alleviation mechanism in Funing County,and statistically analyzing the precise poverty alleviation data in Funing County,and obtaining the first-hand accurate poverty alleviation mechanism data.Summarizes the work mechanism of accurate poverty alleviation in this county mainly exists the problems of insufficient precision of identification,low efficiency of precise help fund,poor operation of precise management,insufficient participation of the masses,inconspicuous orientation of accurate assessment and low enthusiasm of help staff.Based on the above problems,this paper discusses measures to optimize the mechanism of poverty alleviation.We will improve the precise identification mechanism,optimize the allocation of aid resources,improve the efficiency of aid,give full play to the role of the Internet in accurate management,establishing a fault-tolerant and error correction mechanism to increase the enthusiasm of aid workers.
