Research On Rural Targeted Poverty Alleviation Of L Town,S County,Jiangsu Province

Poverty has always been a major problem faced by our country.Until 2014,China’s poverty alleviation work was still in the extensive poverty alleviation of "extensive flooding".With the clear proposal of General Secretary Xi’s idea of targeted poverty alleviation,starting from the central government,all regions gradually combined their own characteristics to form specific targeted poverty alleviation programs.Since the "13th five-year plan",although L town,S county,Jiangsu province has made great achievements in the targeted poverty alleviation work,there are still some problems in the process of the targeted poverty alleviation work,which may directly affect the comprehensive building of a well-off society.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the existing theories of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper analyzes the work of targeted poverty alleviation in L Town、s County,Jiangsu Province,and discusses the development of targeted poverty alleviation in L Town,s County,Jiangsu Province,the formulation and implementation of policies,the effectiveness of poverty eradication and the deficiencies in the relevant process At present,there are still problems such as the identification accuracy of poor households,the government’s failure to effectively guide social participation,the poor households’ low sense of access and satisfaction,and the unreasonable construction of poverty alleviation teams in towns and villages.In order to solve the existing problems and win the battle of poverty alleviation with high quality on schedule,we must fully and comprehensively improve the accuracy of poverty identification,find ways to comprehensively improve the sense of access and satisfaction of poor households,optimize and innovate poverty alleviation teams and ways,and gradually build a "great poverty alleviation" pattern in which all members participate.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance of this paper,systematically sorts out the research progress of poverty alleviation work at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas and methods.The second part mainly introduces the related concepts involved in this paper,and sorts out the relevant theoretical basis.The third part is an objective analysis of the current situation of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas of L town,S county,Jiangsu province.It discusses from the three aspects of work development,existing problems and cause analysis,points out the achievements and shortcomings,and explores and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part is to summarize and analyze the experience of poverty alleviation in foreign countries and other parts of China,and to find out the experience for reference.The fifth part is to further strengthen the rural targeted poverty alleviation work put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.
