The Evaluation Study For Coordination Of Cross-border E-commerce Supply Chain

As new industries,cross border e-commerce is developing rapidly,and creating a new situation for the development of China's foreign trade economy.Because the cross-border e-commerce involves many links,the main body is complex and the scope is wide,the cross-border supply chain of e-commerce is not smooth,and the efficiency of the supply chain is low.Under the current circumstances,how to optimize the cross-border e-commerce supply chain and how to improve operational efficiency are new challenges for cross-border e-commerce development.Firstly,on the basic study of synergetic and system,combining the characteristics and the processes of cross-border e-commerce supply chain,cross-border e-commerce supply chain is regarded as a complex and open system,analyzes the basic content and influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce coordination.The supply chain coordination of cross-border e-commerce is made up of logistics subsystem,the information flow subsystem,the capital flow subsystem,the business flow subsystem and the supply chain risk subsystem.The synergy effect is generated by the sharing of interests and cooperation,so as to achieve the value increment of the supply chain dynamic process.Secondly,in order to objectively reflect the true development level of the overall system and subsystems,coordination evaluation index system of e-commerce supply chain is constructed from five dimensions of logistics,information flow,capital flow,business flow and supply chain risk,which reflex the characteristics and objectives of cross-border e-commerce supply chain coordination,and help the enterprises in cross-border e-commerce supply chain develop and add value.Then,the entropy weight method is used to define the index weight,and the synergism can reflect the synergistic level of the supply chain in cross-border e-commerce,and the coordination of the cross-border supply chain is evaluated by its solution.In the end,the cooperation status of the supply chain is evaluated by two companies from Aliexpress.The applicability and scientificity of the collaborative evaluation system for cross-border e-commerce supply chain are verified,and the reference basis for improving the coordination level of cross-border supply chain supply chain is provided.This paper integrates the thought of synergetic into the supply chain of cross-border e-commerce.It is the development and enrichment of the research on the cross-border e-commerce supply chain,which provides new ideas for the management for cross-border e-commerce enterprises,and lays the foundation for the systematic study of the cross-border e-commerce supply chain.
