Research On Planning Strategy Of Characteristic Town Which Around Scenic Area In View Of Synergy

Characteristic Towns and special small towns are important strategic fulcrum for China to promote new urbanization,accelerate economic transformation and upgrading,and coordinate urban and rural development.Since July 1,2016,since the Ministry of housing and rural construction,the State Development and Reform Commission and the three ministries of the Ministry of Finance issued the notice on the development of special towns,relevant policies have been issued to promote the development and construction of characteristic small towns and small towns.Type of characteristic town has sprung up one after another.As one of the development types of the characteristic town,the suburb style town takes the advantage of the adjacent scenic spots to adopt the development model of "the town of tourism and the town",and gradually forms its own development characteristics.In the course of its development,on the one hand,it meets the service demand of tourist activities in scenic spots and promotes the social and economic development of small towns.On the other hand,there is a unbalanced development phenomenon between the towns and the scenic areas due to the low quality of construction and the lag of the development level.Therefore,based on the perspective of cooperative development,based on the related theories and case studies,this paper analyzes the development characteristics and evolution process of the special town of the landscape and the suburb,and probes into the cooperative relationship between the scenic area and the town.On this basis,combining the planning practice of Tong Jing town and taking the cooperative relationship between the scenic area and the town as the breakthrough point,from the development level and the space level,explore the coordinated development path and the specific planning strategy of the Tong Jing Town,so as to provide a certain way of exploring the coordinated development of the special town and the scenic area.The paper mainly focuses on the following sections.First,on the basis of relevant theories and case studies,we analyze the development characteristics of the characteristic suburb of Jing Village.At the same time,taking the way of space instead of time,this paper sums up the evolution process of the cooperative development of the suburb type characteristic town and the scenic area,and further probes into the cooperative relationship between the scenic area and the town in the four aspects of space,industry,management and image.Then,combining with the practice planning case of Tong Jing Town,this paper analyzes its development status and development needs,and finds out the problems existing in the coordinated development of the town,and makes clear the coordination planning content of the Tong Jing town according to the related problems and the development needs.On this basis,we set up a coordinated planning method of Tong Jing Town,which takes the development of scenic tourism as the background,and the synergistic relationship between the scenic area and the town as a breakthrough point,and further puts forward the coordination strategy and the spatial coordination strategy of the development of Tong Jing town.The development synergy strategy mainly starts from three aspects of development orientation,industrial planning and operation management,and constructs the overall development pattern of Tong Jing town.Space synergy strategy starts from four aspects of land use function layout,road traffic,landscape style and tourism service facilities,and constructs the characteristic space of Tong Jing town.Finally,it summarizes the planning methods and research conclusions of the small town characteristic town under the perspective of synergy,and summarizes the innovative points of the research,hoping to provide some reference for the planning and construction of China's characteristic small towns,and also points out the shortcomings of the research,and puts forward its own prospects for the next step of research and practice.
