With the rapid development of economy,china's market economy has become an important part of current world economy.In this context,enterprises have developed vigorously,but they also face challenges.In the complex and changeable environment,if the enterprises want to have an important place,they must improve their comprehensive competitiveness.In order to reach the target of the enterprises.they no longer just rely on the emloyee's personal responsibility to ensure the completion of tasks,but also rely on staff's own initiative,through the role of the employee's behavior to provide enterprises.With excellent work and service,it's important for the enterprises to develop the emploree's enthusiam by exerting the action mechanism of organizational citizenship behavior.Based on the above,this research attempts to apply literature-reading,questionnaire survey,longitudinal research and statistical analysis method,which is based on an example of employees from Guangdong Pearl River Delta region,to discuss about how perceivedinsider status and self leadershipand job embeddedness affectorganizational citizenship behaviors.The research contains two parts all together.Firstly,the theoretical study of perceivedinsider status,self leadership,job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behaviors.Secondly,research about how job embeddedness has agency effect during the process when perceivedinsider status and self leadership have an impact on organizational citizenship behaviors.This research discovers,(1)Self leadership significantly has positive effects on job embeddedness.(2)Perceived insider status significantly has positive effects on job embe ddedness.(3)Job embeddedness significantly has positive effects on organizational citize nship behaviors.(4)Perceived insider status significantly has positive effects on organizat ional citizenship behaviors.(5)Self leadership significantly has positive effects on organi zational citizenship behaviors.(6)Job embeddedness has an agency impact during the pr ocess when self leadership affects organizational citizenship behaviors.(7)Job embedded ness has an agency impact during the process when perceivedinsider status affects org anizational citizenship behaviors.(8)Job embeddedness has an agency impact during the process when perceivedinsider status and self leadership affects organizational citizens hip behaviors at the same time.This research further enriches the meaning of organizational citizenship behaviors and expands the studies of the driving factors as well as the mechanism of action for organizational citizenship behaviors.It also enriches the research ofperceivedinsider status?job embeddedness and self leadership which has certain theoretical significance and practical implications.
