Based on the current situation of the contradiction between man and land,the uncertain mathematical model and its coupling algorithm are discussed.Then,the land use status of Wuhan City is analyzed.By constructing the evaluation index system,the comprehensive benefit of land use in Wuhan Finally,the fuzzy fuzzy linear programming model is applied to Wuhan City,and the land use optimization scheme of Wuhan City under uncertain conditions is put forward.Specific conclusions are as follows:1.Through the analysis of land use structure change and comprehensive benefit evaluation of land use,it can be seen that although the geographical location and natural resources of Wuhan are superior and the economic growth is faster,the land resources are not reasonable,social development,ecological balance and environment Protection does not match urban economic development.2.Based on the characteristics of land use system,considering the constraints of economy,society,environment and ecology,taking the maximization of economic efficiency as the objective function,using the method of mathematical modeling,the optimization model is applied to Wuhan Empirical study,we obtain a series of interval solutions under uncertain conditions.The results show that the optimization model can deal with the interval,fuzzy and stochastic uncertainties of the model parameters comprehensively,and can make different scenarios for the decision makers to develop different land resource allocation strategies.3.From the quantitative relationship between the objective function and the violation of environmental probability and membership,we can see that the relationship between economic efficiency,social demand,environmental pollution,ecological balance and land resource allocation pattern in large land use system is studied.The results can provide quantitative technical support and reference for the overall land use planning,economic and social development and ecological and environmental protection policies of Wuhan and other big cities in China.
