In 2012,the Central Committee proposed to "integrate the concept and principles of ecological civilization with the whole process of urbanization,and take the new urbanization road of intensive,intelligent,green and low-carbon".The new urbanization must be closely combined with the industry,and the "new urbanization" guided by the tourism industry is in line with the concept of sustainable development,which has the advantages of highlighting local characteristics,improving the service level and improving the living environment.In Qionghai,a new type of urbanization,guided by the tourism industry,is carried out,which makes the tourists,the citizens and the villagers enjoy the development results and form a virtuous cycle.This paper analyzes and studies the relationship between urbanization at home and abroad,new urbanization and the development of new urbanization guided by tourism.On this basis,this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience of the new urbanization oriented to the development of tourism in Qionghai,summarizes the development model and dynamic mechanism of Qionghai,and analyzes the advantages and existing problems in the development process of Qionghai through questionnaire survey and data analysis.In view of the problems existing in Qionghai,the strategy to promote the development of new urbanization in Qionghai is put forward: first,to promote the integration and development of multi-industry;two,to continue to excavate local characteristics and improve urban and rural features;three is to establish and improve the diversified investment mechanism;four is to play the role of the central city in eastern Hainan;and five to strengthen the market management.The six is to train tourism management talents;the seven is to deepen the development of rural tourism.
