Study On The Urban Land Expansion Characteristics And Driving Mechanism From The Perspective Of Economic Equilibrium

In the background of the heterogeneity of economic development,Zhejiang province and Hubei Province as an two typical provinces of economic balanced development and unbalanced this paper carries out research on urban land expansion and its driving mechanism,tries to analyze the evolution of quantity,speed and space characteristics of land expansion,reveals the coupling relationship between these characteristics and economic equilibrium degree,then puts forward measures of sustainability,reasonably determine and provide scientific support to the regional development.First of all,this article calculates the economic equilibrium degree of Zhejiang province and Hubei province;Secondly,analyzes and compares the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of land expansion space in two provinces;then,this paper analyzes the driving mechanism of urban land expansion in Zhejiang and Hubei province;finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the sustainable expansion of urban land.Through the research,this paper gets the following conclusions:Through the analysis of urban land expansion characteristics,it shows: In the aspect of urban land expansion,firstly,Zhejiang province and Hubei province showed the trend of "multi center" and "single center" expansion characteristics in the quantity of land expansion..secondly,Zhejiang province presented "two super six slow three flat" change trend on land expansion,Hubei province is characterized by "one super six quick seven slow two flat".In land expansion speed,balanced economic development of Zhejiang province land expansion speed shows the "multi center" three order change trend.The unbalanced development of economy in Hubei province is a "single center" four order expansion characteristics.Thirdly,there is a great difference in the spatial expansion of the built-up area of Zhejiang province and Hubei province from the perspective of economic equilibrium.Through the study of urban land expansion driving mechanism,it shows the similarities and differences of the core driving force and driving mechanism of urban land expansion in Zhejiang province and Hubei province.For the economic development of Zhejiang Province,the impact of the factors of land expansion is more average,indicating that the expansion of land in Zhejiang province is not affected by a single constraint.The expansion of land is more driven by economic factors in more than half of the cities in Hubei.
