Study On Optimization Of Production Planning Process Of E Company

In recent years,with the accelerating process of economic globalization,the apparel industry competition has entered the white-hot stage,the garment industry in the development in all countries of the world has a long history,the same is true for China,the garment industry has become the backbone of national economy development in our country,thus improve modernization management of apparel industry has the important theoretical value and practical significance.Especially for garment enterprises,the production of multiple order production has the characteristics of wide variety,small batch,repeated processing,etc.Meanwhile,the delivery time is short,so how to arrange the production plan becomes the top priority.Therefore,in actual production activities,how to make production plans to complete production is the key problem urgently to be solved by apparel enterprises.In this paper,the author studies on planning the system made up of a number of content,mainly including production plan,MRP,MPS,etc.,the system can forecast inventory management,sales,production analysis together,index and the managers and employees work unifies,according to their actual situation to formulate the production planning,production and management work.In this paper,according to the scientific way of thinking,research analysis in the course include: in a linear optimization theory as the guidance,PERT model as an analysis model,combining the theory of Project management and Project model to carry out the research work,using scientific quantitative and qualitative analysis method,to understand the orders for production planning and scheduling management of clothing enterprises.Paper begins with brief description of the research background and introduction,discusses the theory related to the production plan management,management and data model,after introducing the production plan as the foundation,the QN and Project model as a starting point,introduction and analysis of the current enterprise implementation of production plan management,finally USES the empirical analysis,to explore and research clothing company production planning process.
